固件烧好了,电机不动,显示器蓝屏,求解决

配件:Arduino MEGA2560 2012 R3  ,Reprap Ramps 1.4 控制板,StepStick DRV8825步进电机32分驱动器,LCD12864智能控制器 液晶控制屏 带中文字库  光电限位  42步进1.7a

固件:Marlin   reprap

原先没有修改出现M999错误,无法测试,修改固件后,喷嘴加热正常,电机不动。是什么情况?

这个问题最有可能的是两种情况,

最常见的情况是热敏电阻没有安装好,固件在启动之后发现热敏电阻有问题,于是进入了模拟运行(Dry run)模式。在这个模式下,所有的命令都不实际发送给步进电机或挤出头等设备,而只是在固件内部修改单片机内存的状态,让上位机软件可以与其交互。可以通过打开Repetier-Host的日志区(如何见帖子最后),观察固件发出的日志消息,判定目前是否处于这种工作模式。如果在连接固件的过程中,出现了这样的提示:

就说明目前固件进入了模拟运行模式。只要先解决热敏电阻的问题,就可以了。

还有另一种比较常见的情况,是限位开关设置不正确导致的。但更常见的情况是XYZ三个轴只设置低位(也就是负方向)一侧的限位开关,这种情况下,如果限位开关总是被触发,就会出现步进电机只能向正方向运动的情况。如果你把XYZ三个轴的高低限位开关都搞成了硬件开关,又恰好全部设置错误,所有6个限位开关总是处于被触发的状态,就有可能出现你描述的现象了。这时候固件会认为既不能向正方向移动,也不能向负方向移动,只好停留在原地不动了。我注意到你的configuration.h配置文件是这样的:

可能代表着你的6个限位开关全部都是硬件限位开关。

想要确认这一点,也不是很困难,只要在Repeiter-Host的“手动控制”功能中,输入G-code代码M119,观察一下结果。如果结果是:

x_min: TRIGGERED
x_max: TRIGGERED
y_min: TRIGGERED
y_max: TRIGGERED
z_min: TRIGGERED
z_max: TRIGGERED

这就明显是所有限位开关都被触发的状态。修改configuration.h中的

X_MIN_ENDSTOP_INVERTING 等6行中,

把所有的值都取反,也就是说如果是true就改为false,如果是false就改为true,就可以了。

首先关闭右上角的“Easy mode”,然后左上角会出现“是否记录”按钮,点下这个按钮,屏幕下方的日志窗口就出现了。
